Hello & Welcome

Counselling offers compassionate support, clear insights, and transformative growth. Through our collaborative partnership, you'll cultivate self-awareness and lasting change.

About me

My name is Megan and I am an integrative, trauma-informed counsellor, supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, anxiety, and depression. I also work with couples experiencing relationship challenges as well as families experiencing  difficulties.

My professional journey combines rigorous clinical training with hands-on practice. I hold specialised certifications in the Gottman Method and Prepare and Enrich, empowering couples with practical tools for communication, conflict resolution, and intimacy—while my trauma-informed approach compassionately addresses the deeper pain often underlying these challenges.

I bring crisis counselling expertise from community settings, where I've supported diverse clients navigating anxiety, depression, complex relationship issues, personality disorders, and domestic violence through evidence-based, integrative interventions. Early in my career, I worked in marketing at a leading blue-chip company in London, refining my expertise in communication, strategy, and stakeholder engagement—skills that now enrich every client session.
